My Albies trip.

Check out the Grocery Gathering for your favorite Store!

Did fairly well at Albertsons today. Had my $10 catalina to use up so I bought some oranges. I thought the pre-bagged ones would be a good idea as they come with an additional $1 off sticker along with the sale price of $1.50 a pound. I know oranges are higher priced at the Commissary right now so I thought it was a smart buy. Guess I should have weighed them first as that little bag contains almost 12 lbs!!! Yikes.

All in all, I did okay spending $8.13 out of pocket, after I get the $5 gift card back for the popcorn.

If you haven't yet gone for the free popcorn yet, be sure to check out the Jolly Time website for some great coupons. But be very patient. I have had nothing but problems with this site for months. I was only able to print ONE coupon this time after spending way too long trying. Oh, well.

Free vegetables make me happy.

I've made the same mistake with those bags of apples or oranges-they are heavier than they look!! Are the coupons for free veggies printable or from recent ads? Thanks!

yeah for the free steamers! I got 4 of them as well. Did you get the catalina for the yeast strips?

The veggie coupons were printables from a week or two ago, they are no longer available.

(I was hoping to print more a few days ago :-( A lesson for all of us, when we spot great coupons, print them! Many companies only allow a certain number to circulate)

I did get the catalina for the yeast strips!! A pretty good deal. I had three .65 off coupons, one .35 and one BOGO (looks like I need to organize my coups better!) She took the BOGO with the other coupons, but looked at me funny, I can never seem to use a BOGO with another coupon... Anyway, they were finally on sale for I think 1.50 ish (?).

When I clip the rest of my coupons (I have a shoebox full of inserts) I will go back and hopefully there will be a better sale!!

Oh, and here

http://www.birdseyefoods.com/promotions/
(coupon on bottom left)

is where you can print a coupon for $1/3 birdseye veggies. I used them for the .59 veggies. I was not sure if they would work as they seemed like maybe they were for other vegetables and they beeped, but she took 'em anyway.

boy, Im sure rambling today!

Hi! I couldn't find an email address on your blog so I am leaving this comment to ask that you email me about BeCentsAble's Grocery Gathering. Your site is still included in our list but I've noticed you haven't included the logo or link in recent posts. Thanks! You do great work!

There are $1/2 coupons on the outside of the freezer case for the Bird's Eye CW veggies. I tried to use the coupons to get the Steamfresh $.59 veggies, but they wouldn't let me, only on the CW ones which are $2 each. I still grabbed a bunch of coupons, hopefully the CW will go on sale later.

Did you happen to get my other comment about any other good Albertson's coupon match up blogs? Thanks...your blog is awesome!

Katherine, Im so sorry! Maybe it was our recent move, or maybe it was the fact that they automatically are linked now, but somehow I have been forgetting!!

I will be more cautious in the future!
